Orders will be delivered within up to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the Website.

Delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Returns & Order Cancellation

We truly believe in our products and hope you love them 🤍
However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may cancel your purchase, return, or exchange your item in accordance with the following terms:

Requests for cancellation, return, or exchange must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receiving the package via our Customer Service WhatsApp:

Conditions for Refund

A refund will be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used (except for reasonable fitting).

  • The product has not been washed.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging
    (Carrier – inside its original carry bag, packed in a closed bag/box).

If an order is canceled after the shipment has already been dispatched and returned to us, a shipping fee of 35₪ will be charged.

Returns are processed via home pickup courier service at a cost of 35₪.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus:

  • 5% of the item price (cancellation fee)

  • 35₪ shipping fee

After the package is collected from the customer, it may take up to 21 business days to reach our warehouse. Once inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within up to 14 business days from the date of inspection.

If the product is returned damaged or not in accordance with the above conditions, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The product has not been used (except for fitting).

  • The product has not been washed.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging (including the carrier’s carry bag).

Exchange via home courier service is available at a cost of 19.90₪.
The courier will deliver the new item and collect the returned item at the same time.

Pregnancy Purchases

If a product was purchased during pregnancy and more than 30 days have passed, it may be exchanged only (no refund), provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging with tags attached.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale may be returned or exchanged within 5 business days from the date of delivery.

Items purchased during special promotions such as clearance sales, outlet sales, or second-hand sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders

For orders placed outside of Israel, the following additional terms apply:

  • International shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by the Company.

  • Processing times for international returns may vary depending on shipping carriers and destination country.

For customers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws remain unaffected.

Order cancellations shall be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010.
