Shipping

All orders are shipped via Ariexpress with door-to-door delivery.

Delivery time is up to 7 business days from the date the order is confirmed, unless stated otherwise on the website.
Orders are shipped on business days only (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves).

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking update.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including high demand periods, weather conditions, logistical delays, or remote delivery areas.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete. Delivery is coordinated directly with the recipient.

Returns & Order Cancellation

We believe in our products and hope you will love them 🤍
However, if you are not satisfied, you may cancel, return, or exchange your order under the following conditions:

Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be issued if all the following conditions are met:

• The product has not been used (beyond reasonable fitting)
• The product has not been washed
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• Baby carriers must be returned inside the original carry bag, properly packed

If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped and returned to us, a ₪35 shipping fee will be deducted.

Return Shipping

Returns are handled via door-to-door courier at a cost of ₪35.

Pickup is coordinated in advance, according to the courier company's procedures.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus:

• 5% cancellation fee
• ₪35 shipping fee

After the package is collected, it may take up to 21 business days to reach our warehouse.
Once inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

If the returned item is damaged or does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that:

• The product has not been used (beyond fitting)
• The product has not been washed
• The product is returned in its original packaging

Exchange via door-to-door courier is available at a cost of ₪19.90.
The courier will deliver the new item and collect the returned item at the same time.

Pregnancy Purchases

Products purchased during pregnancy that exceed the 30-day return period may be exchanged (no refunds), provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all tags.

Sale Items

• Items purchased on sale can be returned or exchanged within 5 business days of delivery
• Clearance, outlet, or second-hand items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

International Orders

For orders outside of Israel:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)
• Import taxes, duties, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected

Processing times for international returns may vary depending on the destination country.

For customers in the European Union — your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes, including address updates.

Legal

Order cancellations are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and related regulations.
