Terms of Use – Pierre Bébé

Welcome to the Pierre Bébé website (hereinafter: the “Website”).
The Website operates as an online store for the purchase of products by the public via the internet and is owned and operated by Pierre Bébé (hereinafter: the “Company”).

These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.

Browsing the Website and/or making a purchase through it constitutes full acceptance by the user of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you are requested to refrain from using the Website.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and the Company.

General Terms of Use

Use of the Website is permitted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent to perform binding legal actions.

Purchases on the Website may be made using a valid Israeli or international credit card or any other payment method offered on the Website from time to time.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Purchases Through the Website

The Company may update product pages from time to time, including prices, inventory, colors, sizes, descriptions, and images.

Images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences may exist between the product displayed and the actual product, including but not limited to shades, textures, or small details, among other things due to photography conditions and display differences on various screens.

In order to complete a purchase, the user will be required to provide personal details including full name, address, email address, phone number, and payment details.

The user must provide accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect details may prevent the completion of the order. Knowingly providing false information may constitute a violation of applicable law.

A purchase transaction shall be deemed completed only after receiving authorization from the relevant credit card company and/or payment provider.

Completion of the order is also subject to product availability at the time of purchase.

In the event that a product is out of stock or cannot be supplied for any reason, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the order and notify the customer by email and/or telephone. In such case, the user shall have no claim whatsoever against Pierre Bébé, and by placing the order the user waives any such claim.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

Coupon codes are not valid on sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise. Double discounts are not permitted. The Company reserves the right to discontinue or modify any coupon code at any time.

The purchase of a Gift Card grants the right to redeem the amount paid for the card on the Website only.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery of products shall be carried out in accordance with the shipping policy detailed on the Website.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to war, states of emergency, strikes, natural disasters, or any other event beyond the Company’s control.

Warranty for Baby Carriers

The warranty for baby carriers is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

The warranty includes repair of manufacturing defects such as seam unraveling.

After the warranty period has expired, repair services may be provided for a fee, subject to the Company’s discretion and the condition of the product.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage resulting from use not in accordance with the usage instructions.

Privacy and Data Security

Credit card details are not stored in the Company’s systems. Payment processing is carried out באמצעות a secure third-party provider that complies with strict security standards.

The Company may transfer personal information to a third party in the following cases:

  • If the user has violated these Terms.

The exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to the Website shall be vested in the competent courts of Israel.
